Episodes feature interviews with women about their journey of self-discovery, self-acceptance, and purposeful action as the host continues her own journey in self-discovery by trying new hairstyles in each episode. The goal is to successfully encourage 50 women to make the shift from existing to living.

The short video above explains the monotony of my hair journey, including how I didn’t know the real texture of my own hair until around 25 years old. This lack of awareness made me ask, “what else don’t I know about myself?” and I pose the same question to viewers to encourage them to get to know who they are. Full episodes will release in 2024 (the platform where episodes will release is still being determined).
